Schedule an appointment.
All new patients must bring a picture identification to their first appointment. Complete your registration online and we will contact you to make an appointment. Otherwise, call us to schedule your appointment, then download and complete the registration form above and bring it to your first appointment. This will reduce your time spent in our waiting room.

La Red Health Center participates in the 340B federal program, which allows us to provide low- or no-cost medications to eligible patients. This special program helps us reduce prescription costs and reinvest in our community.
