Our mission is to be a Center of Excellence which provides quality patient-centered care. Our focus is to provide, high-quality, cost-effective, primary and preventive medical care to Sussex County residents with an emphasis on providing care to underinsured, uninsured or who face other barriers to medical care. Your financial support enables La Red Health Center to bring quality health care and support services to residents who most need it and can least afford it. La Red Health Center Capital Campaign - help renovate, expand and build La Red Health Center facilities to help serve the residents of Sussex County, Delaware: 
The Annual Fund
Give unrestricted operations support where the need is greatest. 
The Emergency Assistance Fund
Help patients with emergency medical needs such as co pays and medications. 
The Better Babies& Healthy Families Fund Support prenatal care, child wellness and family strengthening programs. 
The Fund for the Homeless
Help provide healthcare services to the homeless population in Sussex County. 
Social Work Discretionary Fund
Provide emergency cash to help individuals who are experiencing a personal crisis such as a lack of shelter; food, adequate clothing or if they are facing the immediate loss of needed utilities and/or housing. 
Linkages to Specialty Care Program
Help Sussex County residents with high-risk chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, cancer, and hypertension who are uninsured, and not eligible for state medical assistance programs such as Medicaid, or exempt or ineligible for the Healthcare Marketplace receive discounted speciality medical services based upon their income. |

Here are some examples of how your donation helps:
$25 gift will help La Red Health Center provide medication to uninsured children and adults who have no where else to turn. $50 gift will help pay for an E.K.G. $100 gift will help pay for a one-month supply of medication for an uninsured patient. $1,000 gift will pay for test or supplies for procedures of uninsured patients through the La Red Health Center emergency fund. $2,500 gift will help pay for ultrasounds for uninsured women. |
