Brian S. Olson MBA
Brian has served as the LRHC CEO since February 2002. Brian possesses an extensive background in hospital-based ambulatory care systems development and administration including but not limited to patient accounting, billing, and collection.
Brian holds an M.B.A. from American University Kogod School of Business Administration and his professional affiliations include: Delaware Health Net, Inc. (Board President), Medical Group Management Association, Delaware Rural Health Initiative (Board Member), Delaware Healthy Mothers & Infants Consortium Board, Beebe Healthcare Population & Consumer Health Committee, the Delaware Conrad State 20/J-1 Visa Board, Delaware Center for Health Innovation Patient & Consumer Advisory Committee and Generations Home Care board, Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers Board. All of the organization’s growth and development, partnerships and relationships, and revenue diversification are a direct result of Brian’s tactical and successful execution of Board directives.
Fabricio Alarcon, MD, FACP, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Alarcon holds his Doctor of Medicine degree from Cayetano Heredia University in Lima, Peru. He completed his residency at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation in the Primary Care/Internal Medicine Program. Dr. Alarcon is Board certified in Internal Medicine, a Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Instructor and Provider and a member of the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
Dr. Alarcon is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians/American Society of Internal Medicine and serves on numerous committees. He has authored, published and presented over a dozen research papers. Dr. Alarcon has been La Red Health Center's Chief Medical Officer since its inception. Hobbies include Tennis and skydiving.

Rosa Rivera was the Chief Operations Officer of the Henrietta Johnson Medical Center (HJMC), a multi-site family health care center offering comprehensive primary healthcare and dental services. Ms. Rivera was named Henrietta’s CEO in 2005 following 18 years with HJMC in a wide range of managerial capacities. After 27 years of service with the last ten years acting as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Rivera now serves as the Operations Officer of La Red Health Center.
A native of Puerto Rico, Rosa has lived in Wilmington, DE for the past 32 years. In 2006, Rosa received the Hispanic Professional Achiever Award from the Latin American Community Center and in October 2007 she received an award from ABC Channel 6 Community Advisory Board for her outstanding community service. Appointed by Governor Minner, Rosa served in the Delaware Healthy Mother and Infant Consortium and was a former member of the Governor’s Consortium on Hispanic Affairs.
Ms. Rivera also served as a volunteer Board Member for the Neighborhood House, Inc. in Wilmington and served for 8 years as Delaware’s Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers.
A graduate from Wilmington’s University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and graduated with honors Cum Laude. Rosa was inducted as a Delta Epsilon Rho.
Phyllis Colombaro, D.D.S.
Dr. Colombaro received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia, School of Dentistry and a M.S. in Microbiology from McNeese State University.
Since 1987, Dr. Colombaro has worked as an associate in different private practices and in 1994, she opened her own private practice and provided dental care to all age groups. Dr. Colombaro’s philosophy has always been, “Patient First.” Now, she shares the philosophy of “Patient First” with La Red Health Center, which is a Patient Centered Medical Home.
Beatrice Chiemelu CPA

Beatrice is a CPA who earned an MBA in Finance from Rider University and B.A. in Accounting from Rutgers University.
Beatrice manages all aspects of La Red Health Center's accounting and financial reporting including: financial statements; financial projections; management reports; payroll and payroll tax reports; and budget/cost analysis.
Beatrice is responsible for all financial reporting to the Board of Directors, as well as; preparing Medicare Cost Reports; preparing, compiling and submitting UDS reports; grant management and reporting; bank and account reconciliations; W-2s and 1099s; administration of employees 403(b) benefit program; the year end audit; banking relationships; and vendor relationships.

Kevin provides administrative and strategic oversight for LRHC’s fundraising program and grant application strategies including: fund development, information management, financial administration, and fiscal reporting while implementing fundraising activities for the medical service line programs and capital campaigns. Kevin is responsibile for the planning, development and implementation of LRHC's marketing strategies, corporate communications and public relations activities including: LRHC’s web site and Facebook page, all television, radio and print advertising, media advisories, the annual report and electronic newsletters
Kevin maintains effective working relationships with key personnel at banks, businesses, foundations, and the local, county, state and federal elected officials throughout Delaware. Kevin oversees the student internships with Delaware Technical Community College, and his professional affiliations include memberships in all nine Sussex County Chamber's of Commerce, the Georgetown, Milford and Seaford Economic Development Councils and the United Way of Delaware's Resource Development Advisory Council. Kevin earned a BA in Psychology from Waynesburg University.
Mary Kay Rosolie, RN
Mary Kay Rosolie has a degree in nursing and over 25 years of Human Resource experience. As the Director of Human Resources, Mary Kay guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.
